I have been using the dutch for a while now, but I still can't crack how to beat the Russians, they are truly difficult.

 I rush with the dutch, but its too slow sometimes. Any help?

My advice: Dont play Dutch against Russians. Seriously, its one of the poorest match ups you can find. Strelets own anything except hussars, then they can just out-eco you and spam map control/musks. Play germans against them instead, they work pretty well.

make 3 anti-cannons, 3 mortars, get out your heavy cannon get map control make stable in all the side of the map then get like 90 skirms and the rest of the pop ruyters

then get his 4 heavies , get blockhouses with morts and strelets and muskets with heavies after that get like 10 settlers on gold and 10 on food  , then go push him and gg :) i always do that and i never lose vs russians :p

Try using outposts?

the best thing to do is just spam lot of artilry like 10 falcs or horse artillery with 5 colvrine just in case and the rest of pop in ruyters and never never use pikeman in Dm its totaly uselesss except maybe the spain pike but still use halbs instead and dont forget ur bank 6 bank 2 factory = huge econ  and take map control with tower if u dont have map control u will lost cuz if they castle up and spam oprech to kill fact or bank ur kinda dead

No, it is in DM.

I would say that Dutch are the most OP in DM.  They can get their eco up and running so quickly, because of banks.  Plus, they have 150 pop for military.    

Actually, British might have a better boom, but it requires so much Micro.  You will have some many villies that you have to que, and get on resources, and at the same time, you have to be building a military and walls.

u start in age 4 wit everything upgraded for both sides... and to spam nassaurs at a russian would b suicide...

i just wouldnt play dm, its kinda lame, but heres what you do:

ok, I play as the British but I think I can solve your problem.  So what I do is build and fb to the side of there base then attack with lbows early cause i dont have many resources.  So you might want to think about starting with early skirms then after a while bring in some hussars. For the economy side I strongly recommend colonial militia to defend. What i do is send my villi off away from my tc so they can keep working while your being attacked. Only use colonial militia to defend and attack them from your forward base

Also, when I said strelets own anything but hussars, I was talking about Dutch age 2 units only. So that's skirms and pikes, basically. I should have just said that :P Oh, and they own Ruyters too.

Artillery is a Dutchman's best ally.

And a Russian's greatest fear.
