IP Banned?
Well... I just want you to answer the tittle's question, I did things that I shouldn't have done while I played the game, but now I can't join any account and I have the same error: [103] Disabled account with every accounts I try to join, including not banned accounts (I didn't try to hack nothing, just checked if I could or not).
I want to know if it exists and if it does if I have an IP Bann because if I have not it I will buy another CD, but if I am IP banned I won't waste my money...

All my account have been banned, it's totally fair and I agree with it, now I have stopped lieing.
I just want to know if I could play online if a get a new CD, I ask it here because I don't want to buy the game and see how I can't join ESO.

What did you do? Do not try to hack eso it is stupid. take aoe3 off your computer then you need to change your computers i.p address like http://www.wikihow.com/Change-your-IP-Address-(Windows). If this does not work you will need to buy a new one but if you do not change your ip address it will not work.

Guys have you seriously readed the post? I think you are a bit blind. I don't want to get back my banned accounts, because I agree with their bann, I was a cheater and that's the consecuence.
The only thing that I want to know is: am I able to play again on ESO if I buy a new account?

Lie? are you retard man? I have said if I get a new account I won't lose it by cheating... somepeople here just want to have arguments with threads wich doesnt care to them and they are not reasonable (you), or maybe your english sucks more than mine and you don't understand nothing I write.
