Treaty Booms by Metis
Russian Boom.
Note that I have a cow deck; however, I have found that you end up with pretty much the same resource distribution, cows or no cows, and thus didn't cow boom (it's always nice to have the option though, especially if playing a team game).

Dutch Boom.
I’m no expert at Dutch and this is a boom that doesn’t lame the wood trade for score. Here I end up with almost everything upgraded (I think grenadiers are still upgrading). I have an even gold and food distribution, and some wood for making forward bases and more cannon; although it might be better to let the wood trade go a bit longer, as I would like to have had about 10k wood left over.
German Boom.
Note: My better German booms can be found here:

2500 isn’t the best "score" you can get with Germany (I’ve gotten over 3000 in score-whore games). However, in this no-frills boom, I end up with over 60k food and gold with everything upgraded but the advanced arsenal. Just remember not to get so caught up in your vast economy that you forget to delete some regular settlers (never settler wagons) before the fight. Here, I have 20 settler wagons left and 47 villagers, which gives me a 101-villager equivalent economy.
Another boom type you might want to try with Germany is one that gives you more food and wood but less gold. As good as the German economy is, their units are mid-level in power (or if very powerful, like fully-upgraded WWs and Dopps, they take up considerable space), so it’s good if you can control and use the natives.

The German economy is so good all you have to do is pick the resources you want and the German's will obtain them for you. Here I chose to have a massive amount of food, a substantial amount of gold, and less wood (everything is upgraded, however).

Japanese 2000 boom!
The Japanese economy is highly dependent on animals. Although Andes is the "standard" boom map, if I were playing Japan for real in a 1v1 I’d chose Deccan, Mongolia, Texas, or another map with herdables for the catching. However, with only the few close hunts available to all players, with practice you should be able to consistently score 1700 with Japan but it is possible to hit 2000.
Spanish Boom
The deck here is messed up but if you take out the livestock cards and put unction and hand infantry attack back in it will be fine.
Portuguese Boom
Portuguese Boom (no livestock)
Portuguese Boom Blood Brothers, yes, but 2500!
2500 Portuguese Boom -- No BB! < -- NEW
French Boom
Build Order for France
British Boom
Aztec Boom
Sioux Boom
India Boom
Ottoman Boom

HunterCallahan:well, you can go and insult me asmuch as you like, but this game is much more simple the you would think, at least in treaty. thats all you need to do, ever to win. all you need is a bit of battle feild tactics, like having the ulhans advance infront and to the side of the dopples, to kill art. and light inf.

Re: Treaty Booms by Metis
Unfortunately there really isn't a way to write booms down and people immediately become able to hit that score, because things are too dependent on environmental conditions which don't work so well on paper. I transcribe my booms every now and then, and immediately realize I deviate from what I write every game. Plus it's also pointless because in TR a good boom and excellent fighting is worth more than a perfect boom and terrible fighting. It's more worthwhile to focus on your micro/macro and military skills below the PR28 level, then worry about perfect booms when you're PR28+. An average boom with above-average micro wins 99% of the time below PR28+ in TR.
