Anyways, long story short - My account was stolen by a player known as Troy100pc long ago, actually about 2.5-3 years ago. My account was stolen and I quit because of it. I decided to go back, so I finally retrieve my info and it turns out every single one of my Cities is deleted, all of them in the 60-120 level range. I was wondering if it would be possible to recover these cities.

Its been a week since I contacted you guys through email, I've seen two emails on two different email addresses. I've tried it all. No reply as of yet nor have my Home cities been fixed. As a veteran player I am extremely disappointed and I plan on reminding my entire family about my terrible experience with Robot Entertainment. As a CSR rep myself for a Cell Phone company, chances are, we have less workers than you do, but all emails/phone calls are replied to that day.. What terrible customer support.
