N3O FP 1.3 Completed - Continuation of FP 1.2

Greetings to all who read! I am proud to announce that the overall coding of N3O FP 1.3 is finished. Testing with online compatability is still needed, but should work. As the reason of this patch, I, as the coder, have intended to bring all the useless units back in the game, fix all the remaining supremacy, deathmatch and treaty problems with the civs, based on the Age Sanctuary FP 1.2 Team's original work, and bring fun back into the game that was lost during balance, while retaining the balance of the game. In this, I bring much of the spice back into the game, such as European and Asian Warships having +50% HP, -50% to -60% speed, +1 Splash damage, and more range for shorter ranged warships, cheaper canoes, realistic Ironclad Warships (1 Build Limit though), a Galleon unit for the Native American civs (a Buccaneer Ship), having artillery do more damage in general against cavalry, boosting heavy artillery units such as Heavy Cannons, Great Bombards, and Rockets range and damage, fixing small issues such as making skirmisher units slightly faster, making musketeers do less ranged damage, having Halberdiers be a bit faster, fix Indian Elephant problems, fix Indian Mansabdars, Indian Early game and Lategame, fix Iroquois Early, Midgame and Early game by making Mantlets and Rams Cheaper and modifying the Iroquois Big Button Techs, by giving the Iroquois a 1300 wood card and making Longhouses give an XP Trickle to compensate, which increases every age; boosting Sioux Tashunke Prowlers and the Marauders Card, fixing the Aztec Military, fixing of European Church Techs, and so on. Many of the balance changes were help from the N3O clan, and many ideas were around the community and many were my own. As long as both players have the same version of the patch, they can play rated games - online, or LAN, together. Wow, N3O's so cool that they make their own FP's. Well, well, my clan is a abbrevaion is a chinese guy ` o `. I forget the name of it, but...

I hadn't seen this comment earlier. Sorry for the long wait. I have again updated the file since it was in a state of wreck. Since I've recently turned my attention to the messed up civs (iroquois, aztec, etc.), I haven't looked too much at the others. But they could become very good with resource cards, which I didn't extensively test with. But the cheaper light hand cavalry, longer ranged muskets, more expensive manors will do. However, I think Japan could then receive a boost ordinarily - what if shrines gathered faster but had less resources from animals and huntables? Or I could make certain units then cheaper. I also had thought about making wood gathering for all civs +10% faster. As far as I am concerned now though, Japan has had many boosts to their military abstractly, but may need a better politician and/or economy (4 Naginatas to Age 3, or like 2 Naginata and a Stable Rickshaw). India could receive back their original Agra Fort age up. Also if they had another approach - like a politician sending a castle wagon or something like that I think that that would be interesting. I have not tested their early game recently, and they made really need some things. I have, however, balanced their lategame and midgame. Spain I disagree with, because they have needed boosts like I gave them since the beginning of AOE3. Germany has received muskets, and Tilly's Discipline is both better and worse. I've also made Ulhans better and given Germany a 6 Ulhan card which they needed. I've now taken back a lot I had given to Portugal. They now have just 7 outposts, no boosts to Organ Guns, and slightly improved cassadors.
However I am in need of suggestions for early-gane for India and especially Japan, since I don't play Japan much. I have however boosted the Japanese cannon, and somewhat the Samurai, but these do not count towards economics. Perhaps Japan could have some special ability to build buildings cheaper (Let us say rice paddies, for instance), the Iroquois could have an upgrade allowing their villagers to build buildings twice as fast and have buildings cost 10% cheaper, and perhaps India could have an early economic bonus. However, Japan I must say was quite good in FP 1.2, and they haven't changed to much from that version to this one.
Also about native warrior shipments: I have made them all come in 40 seconds instead of 60. This drastically improves them (I think some are 50 seconds, but infinite shipments still take 60). Also I wondered about making the colonial age Native Warrior shipments cheaper in cost.
