    Because I play against them. I don't have especially big problems against them, nor do I feel that they're an auto-win, so I assume that they're average.

    5: France...I know this isn't tready. They have one of the stongest Ecs. even in early game their extrea + Ec. makes them a massed milltry. In late games I belive 80 couers is better than 99 settlers. (I'm to lazy to do the Math Stick out tongue) And of corse you know the rest.

    Although They are close to balance. I just see them slighty OP

    Aztec is OP in 1vs1 IMO.....but not in team games.
    Know what's weird? Day by day, nothing seems to change. But pretty soon, everything's different.

    kinda agree with you, in team games they are balanced, they just OP in 1vs1.

    I vote for that insanely OP civ, the Portuguese.
