Re: A little suggestion
If Cuzco was so great, why didnt the Spanish describe their feelings when they saw it?
Because they weren't gay and cared little about showing their "feelings."
If Tenochtitlan wasn't that great, why did the Spanish think they were dreaming when they saw it?
Nobody has said Tenochtitlan wasn't great.
why'd they describe it with a huge amount of praise?
Obviously because they lived in one of the most terrible cities in Europe, hence they became soldiers.
That's the only logical response to that, either that or they were queers that liked "sharing their feelings" with each other. ![[8-)]](http://forum.agecommunity.com/emoticons/emotion-43.gif)

CosmicJaguar: Ivan el Terrible: CosmicJaguar: GeneralN20:
By the fact that revolts were not easily constructed in Mexico.
No, that just means the people in Mexico just didn't have that "revolt" spirit.
Heck, the Mayas kept up their revolt against the Spanish for nearly
the same amount of time the Incas did. The Aztecs are the only ones
that just gave up after their empire was out.
Let me ask you this, if the Inca were so great then why did
the priests and spaniards take no times to account their life and other
aspects of their nation? When they did so for the Aztec?
Lol. They did!
There are several writings about the Incas in the National Library
of Peru. There are also several examples of that in Spain and Chile
(Spain and Chile took part of them from Peru).
The problem is that even until today, the people from the Andes tend
to seclude themselves and don't speak a lot with foreigners (people
that aren't from their particular region).
Oh wow! that's great! But there are hundreds of codices and writings
about the Aztec from the Spanish because of how astounding they were.
If Cuzco was so great, why didnt the Spanish describe their feelings when they saw it?

omfg uwith your ignorance, it was because Incas havent finished
Macchu pIcchu yet, or u iddnt known that? or maybe because they didnt
want to make drawings of a civilization that beaten them earlier, they
wanted to destroy all they seen as tehy did with aztecs. And it wasnt
cortez who attacked the Incas it was Pizzaro.
I hope you weren't serious with that
yes I was. Let me remember you Machu Picchu was constructed around 1450, at the height of the Inca
Empire, and was abandoned less than 100 years later, as the empire
collapsed under Spanish conquest. And that Machu Picchu was labeled as 1 of the wonders of the world. Oh yeah General20, u forgot to tell that in your post. BeastRider:anyone ant to play online with me
Continue on topic, I wont say anything else because u are a newbie here, so welcome to forums, plz continue in topic, and its not necessary u to say that, because there are tons of people of aoe3, go and play with them.

Haha i've brought you to such idiocy that you have to resort to calling them "gay".
They didn't praise Cuzco because it wasn't a remarkable city, like Tenochtitlan

GeneralN20:
How? They noted the Aztecs as the most fiersome warriors they've ever faced, after fighting against the French and the Moors.
OMG! You've got to be the most retarded person in these forums!
That is the opinion of Cortez and a group of bandits. Just because I say muffins are the best snack, it doesn't mean I'm right.
The Moors were certainly better than the Aztecs in warfare, with more advanced tactics and better technologies.
Even though it was useless since they were destroyed by the Spansh very easily, right?
Every time you post something stupid, I think I'll just add my emoticon: ![[8-)]](http://forum.agecommunity.com/emoticons/emotion-43.gif)
It was the longest ongoing battle in history
Dude, I already posted a link to an article where it states the longest battle in history was the Battle of Verdun...STOP POSTING LIES!
The Aztecs bested them at every single thing you've listed.
![[8-)]](http://forum.agecommunity.com/emoticons/emotion-43.gif)
You are just a moron that feels the need to defend the Inca because they aren't included in anything.
Ever heard of Civilization III and Civilization IV? The Incas are one of the best civilizations in that game....the Aztecs? Well, they're not a bad civilization in that game, which is quite realistic, but in that game (as in reality): Incas >>>>> Aztecs.
How? you have nothing to show how they were more technologically advanced.
I'm not your teacher, if you want to face the truth, go do it by yourself.
Cuzco wasn't nearly as astounding as Tenochtitlan, neither was any other Incan city
You're correct, wow. Yes, Tenochtitlan was the best citadel in America--and probably in the world.
Yet, Tenochtitlan was the only major city the Aztecs had, because every other city of theirs was completely below the average Inca and Maya city.
Your ignorance and stupidity is pretty astounding, to say the least.
When did I say that they were more technologically advanced and greater than the Moors? They said that they were as fierce, they hadn't fought an army so difficult and brave SINCE the Moors.
You post an emoticon because you have nothing to say.
That was the LONGEST BATTLE, it's been noted that the Siege of Tenochtitlan was the longest ongoing battle in history.
Sorry, it's true. There is no proof that the Inca bested them at anything.
No, not in reality. Rise of Nations got it pretty damn well, giving the Inca extremely weak units and giving the Aztec the upper-hand of the Pre-Columbian nations.
Exactly, you have no proof that they were more technolically advanced.
That's only why Tlatelolco was one of the most remarkable cities/markets to ever exist, right? Cholula was a sprawling city with many festive events.
Inca had...a fortress...a city shaped as puma (haha) and uh...machu picchu...
Ivan, stop the lame excuses. Tenochtitlan outdone any Incan city to ever exist
