    Rifle Riders by far. They counter 3 units and lose to 2 units, instead of other units which lose to 2 units, counter 2 units, and break even with another unit. Not to mention they can get 8.54 speed. They're beautiful for countering a colonial army - they'll counter any thing except LI, which axe riders make quick work of. Just beeeaaauitful stuff. Not to mention the only unit with a gun that has a ROF of 1.5. They can also keep that up constantly unlike Lbows which have a ROF of 3 at first and then 1.5 ROF afterwards, at which point they'll probably already have killed their opponent.

    just a question, when does Lbows get 1.5 ROF? is it after veteran upgr or after the card?

    my favorite most be..... hmmm..... perhaps the halberdier

    gets 1.5 rof only after the 1st shot against 1 target. so it takes 3 secs to shoot 1 arrow at someone, then 1.5 secs to shoot all arrows after that, provided they are at the same person the 1st arrow was for. change targets and it takes 3 secs again for 1st shot at that target. so yeah they need 1.5 rof to begin with, imo.

    Beaumont. in the campaigns he has 500 - 600 attack and about 1000 hitpoints

    Musketeer as well. when upgraded to imperial redcoats (british) or imperial Guerrerios (portuguese) they are almost unstoppable.
