do those boats have any special bonuses because i'm still trying to understand how the koreans hav better wood collection, weak food and average coin, do they hav trickles? do the turtle ships contribute anything (like the galleons in the campaign producing coin)?

The Koreans will have more coin and wood upgrades then they will for food. That's how you would make their economy diffrent from other civs.

The Turtle ships are more powerful then other ships but more expensive. Yes Korea will get food trickles they will get 1 trickle and consulate from increases there gather rate by 5%.
