camo90,
You can use a trigger..The play dialog effect or sound filename..You can insert a sound file..as far as personality files.. I don't know of a way to use them..I haven't seen anything on if it's even a possibility..

Camo90,
As I posted you last night..There is no posted info on ..(As to a how to) with the personality files..I think they fall into a hard coded issue..(I dislike that term)..There is no known way to open them..As far as scripting them into a custom map..I don't know on that one..Maybe someone else can fill us in..As of now and in reference to a custom scenario..There are no known ways to achieve what your asking..That doesn't mean that you should not keep working at this..A lot of things can be accomplished if you stay with it..If it falls under a modding solution..Please?.Post your findings in our modding thread?

camo90:If it can be helpful, there is a way indeed to open PERSONALITY files...it isn't impossible: just rename them as xxx.personality.xml.xmb, convert them with AOE3ED and than open them with SuperEdi, a freeware text editing software that you can easily find on the Internet (the ordinary windows notepad won't work). I hope that someone can try to work at this in the meantime, regards
Camo90,
Great news..It seems you've pretty much have this figured out..You need to come up with the converted file and be able to save as the sound file that's compatable with the game..Then at least triggers could be used..In time who knows?

@sandstorm
I think you're looking for the army editor..There is where you add and delete your armies..Not sure I follow you with the effects?.I do know that your armies all should be listed in there for reference in the conditions and effects box..
