Can someone just explain me how to create a new ESO account? I've found everyting, such as log in, forgot password?, forgot username?, but never "create a new account"...

You're asking me about the register button?.

You had to log in to make your post to me..Right?.You'll find the register button next to the log in button that you already clicked on (at the top of the page)..I believe that could be what you're looking for.

I don't think the account I use to chat in this forum is the same I need to play on ESO, because when I go to this page:    https://esoaccounts.agecommunity.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fAccountManagement%2fDefault.aspx     it says my username and password are not correct...

how do u set the ai for custom scenarios? age3 is better than age2 but at least in age2 i could figure out how to run scenario editor

Welcome and thanks for posting in the scenerio design thread..

The editor in age2 was a map editor..The editor in age3 is a scenerio editor.. Two entirely different tools..This question you ask was answered already (many times)..This thread is vast and I know it takes a lot of time to find the answers in here..May I suggest the pinned nine most asked thead at the very top of this category..It can be most helpful..The search function can help you also (at times)..If you cannot find your answers first in either of the pinned designed threads ..Please?.Feel free to post your questions in either of them..We'll do our best to try and help..

Here's somthing that may help you.
1= Open your scenario editor up and click on scenario at the top in the top brown bar. A drop menu appears.
2= Click on player data and a window opens.
3= For each computer player select the Ai button at right portion of window and select ailoaderstandard.xs
4= For your civ you do nothing here!
5= You then set the hc for your civ only..Optional..Editor assigns you a homecity..All computer homecities you click on reset homecity..
6= Close the window.
7= Click on objects at the top brown bar.A menu appears!
8= click on place object
9= Select all and look below. you'll see ai start select it.
10= highlight each of your computer players and then place one ai start at each of your computer player's town center(just touching it)
11= When this is done press esc at the top left portion of your key board.
12= Go up to the top brown bar and click on scenario. A menu appears
13= Click playtest scenario. Make sure you select the player you're playing as.

No it is not the same..I don't play on-line..All I can offer at this time.. Check out the technical and game support category..If all else fails..Post this question in there..I think it would be a better place to ask about this..Not in a scenerio design thread..

This was posted in this thread and the nine most asked question thread already.

Changing the home city to your homecity in editor.
1-Go to my documents/mygames/Age3/save game..Find your homecity file.
2-Copy your file by right clicking your mouse.
3-Make a new folder Name it my homecities or what ever you want so you know the folder.. Move your new home city file in the new folder.. Go into your new folder and you should see your new home city file..Right click on it and rename it, but put homecity in front.. For instance Homecity St.Louis. Make sure you drop the sp_part!
4-Move your new folder to c/program files/Microsoft games/age3/campaigns.
5-Open the editor and go to player data and click on set home city for your player..You should see your folder along with two others.
6- Click on your folder and then click on your file so they're in the box below.. You want to see your home city!. Click on the set or enter button I can't remember right now and the box should disappear and you're done.
