By some ironic twist of fate, the Landschnect can survive two full rounds of machine gun ammunition, and thats enough time to kill the Gatling Gun, if it starts off unloaded...
And the Guard Dragoon, probably...

yes
it can, but it isnt enough time to kill the gatling gun, even though it
needs just 3 kills, the gattling gun would kill it in the 3rd attack
