    french would win if the game stays long thats coz they have a better economy but spanish would win on rush.

    french would win because with the gerdami improvement they are nearly impossible to defeat in mass numbers. but the spainish do have cheap anti-cal units which is good.

    French would win in vanilla DM game.  The reason is because french overall has the strongest military. Since good DM players usually play the ranged military game, the french will beat the spanish since the spanish are weak in ranged military. The good spanish player would have to completely adjust to ranged military to counter effectively.

    But it is not because french have great cavs that they would win, they actually do have great cavs probably the best.  But try send a bunch of expensive gendarmes into a larger bunch of cheap pikeman. :-)

    Worst Players:

    Worst players dont know to make vills in DM to keep game going...Since spanish army is cheaper the spanish will last longer and therefore win the game.

    I would say spanish if he rushes but if game last longer than 10 min it would be anyone guess they both equal in alot of ways in french heavy cav easy to counter for me and I am only a 2nd LT so I think the best spanish player could do it
