i nuke the camp. there is no hill left. i build military instalation in crater.

A foreign military alliance destroys your military's nuclear weapons cache. Then, we commence a three month shelling of your installation. Your defenders fight long and hard but eventually run out of food and are forced to surrender. When your troops come out to surrender, they are killed in a hail of gunfire and the commanders who escaped are drawn and quartered for their resistance. The ruins of the installation are razed and abandoned. 50 years later, a war memorial is built on the site. The names of the slain are carved onto a large plaque on the site.

You cant destroy the hill <.<

Let's say the hill just wasn't nuked, but the building was. 

I destroy the memorial and build a mall.

A magnitude 14 earthquake strikes, leveling the mall, leaving nothing but dust. Everyone inside and around it dies.

Oh sorry... Then after the quake, a gas station is built on the site.

Gas station is simultaneously bombed and robbed, thus putting it out of business and existence.

I build a church blessed by the very pope himself. 

A Satanic extremist group torches the church, burning it to ashes. They desecrate the holy relics inside and build a temple to Satan on the site. They put land mines all around their new compound and fortify it with gun emplacements and watch towers. They conduct evil rituals and sadistically torture anyone they can capture, before they sacrifice them.

the radiation left from that nuke used some time ago kills all of them.

i wait some decades until the radiation get away and build a soccer field
 

theres a very slight bump in the soccer field, and all the players "fall" over it, "breaking their legs" and the soccer field is closed. i build a bungalow.
