1. The Netherlands is a democracy only the queen doesnt has to pay tax(what makes her one of the richest person/woman in the world), so it is possible in a democracy.
2. Why do you need to be promoted? You cant become more important in that country...

Maybe you you can put The Netherlands at the list of difficult countries to take over. We got I dont know how many parties(like an Animal party) and Dutch people always got their own opinion so itwill be difficult to get enough power to take the goverment over.

Killian: Dictatorships are the result of the people and culture, not the dictator. The dictator position opens, and then a man steps up, not the other way around. If the Great Depression had never occured, if anti-semetism was non-existant in Germany, it wouldn't have mattered how great a speaker Hitler was. Likewise, if Hitler had not been born, someone else would have stepped up to his position. One cannot simply make himself a dictator. And you're right, the rise to dictatorship is also usually surrounded by a revolution of some sort where there is unrest in both the government and the people. But the dictator himself does not create the revolution as much as the revolution creates him.
i never thought about it like that but that is true..... -Napolean came from revolution, witch could have happened with some one else.. -Lenin could have been replaced... -Hitler....
