But you know what Gendarme and Coureur des Bois means
(but me 2 lol)
what about cuirassier? what does that mean?
two more, did you know that caçador(the port's skirm) mean hunter
and that the guerreiro(royal musketeer upgrade for ports) means warrior
I knew about Caçadore (because that's what Port vililes say when they hunt). I had guessed Guerreiro.
Cuirassier means someone with a Cuirasse, which is amor if I'm unmistaken.
actually "caçador" doesn't have an "e" BTW, now i saw that i wrote caçador with "ss" in the place of the "ç" at least my grammar teacher haven't seem this

and as far as my spanish goes, Lancer is someone armed with a spear, or a pike so... lancer could mean pikeman(but pikeman is translated to piquero, i think)
Lancer is a normal english word :D
but it also has a meaning in spanish....(at least i think so)

for me i've always thought German and Dutch were similar languages, but as i can't understand them, i wasn't sure
one thing i noticed too is that old(very old) English has many things that look like German too, and the root of some words are similar, one example i noticed is "she"(in English) and "sie"(in German)
