They do, just that since you can obtain em just at factories or
shipments, many noobs (like you) think that they dont cost anything... 2.
Naginatas, and practically all the asian cavalry, got a negative bonus
against heavy infantry, and jans are heavy infantry, so that bonus vs
infantry doesnt affects em... 3. 20 longbows cost 2000 resources... not 1600...

you have 1.6k resources not 3.2k resources, guess you just suck at life. (naginatas are 200 resources each)
Anyway i choose 20,000 heavy cannons. (from factory) and 10 Black riders.
But you can get just 34 because of the population.. and black riders cost 270 coin each...
Also, heavy cannons got a cost so they are comparable to the other units, if you click at em it will say that...
