actually not, when i played vanilla, i was a 1st lt too and had a 2k ELO like yours. but if you had that ELO on TAD, you'd be ranked like a Major, or even more

Nevyle: Wouldn't I go very fast (maximal) up in rank playing majors and winning, but not loosing so much points when i loose from them. (that would be logical/fair)
That's right, when I was first starting at this game I played against people at least 4 power ranking levels higher then me often, this allowed me to gain actual skill faster as well as get my rank up. And I really don't consider rank anything of value, to me it's just a number that goes up everytime I win.
Know what's weird? Day by day, nothing seems to change. But pretty soon, everything's different.

sorry it is true I beat majors, and i am elo higher than them. end of story.
