Ya, but I like it better cuz it looks better then xp. MS is coming out with a new operating system though. Actually, I think it is already out. I am going to look into that. Also, I would get the fan patches ,but not enough people have them. Actually, the majority of players don't even know of its existence.

I must say when I first saw the fan patch I supported it with all my life, but now I can see that it won't go down the right path. Patch 1.0: Nerfed Japan and India. Made minor changes to everything else. Now Iro 4 min rush=auto win. Patch 1.1: Nerfed Iro and Aztec, Upped Ottos and Ports. Now Spahi FF is OP... Patch 1.2: Spahi nerfed. Now Port FF is OP... Patch 1.3: Upped Iro and Aztec. Now Ports, Iro and Aztec are like Japan, India and Germany... Patch 1.4: Nerfed Iro, Aztec and Ports slightly to be somewhat level with Ottos. Since Spahi are no longer OP Xbows become OP... Patch 9.7: Settlers become OP. All buildings (including houses) are given x50 bonus vs settlers

do you honestly think they arent thinking of these things pre release...is the spahi ff op right now? no..how could balancing make it any stronger. theyve already lowered the 5mame ship to 4mame so that will weaken theyre ffs. they arent only boosting and nerfing 4 civs theyre making 1 civ the base civ for balancing and then balancing all the civs around that civs level. trust me these guys know what theyre doing. theyve done multiple iterations of the patch and in one setting ports have been op, then they nerfed them for the next iteration and it was balanced, next up was ottos they had become op after boosts, so next iteration they balanced them down. there is no reason not to get the fan patch. the only reason people arent using it is because other people arent getting it....idiots

this has to be the worst exaggeration i have ever heard, complain about iro and aztec? take TWC content off, these other ''points'' you make are totally bogus and no way would that happen, people complain about eso community dying and moan n groan about it when in fact the moaners do nuthin but bad mouth the dedication and hard work put into these patches by people who want to see the very best competitive experience possible, only reason the community is divided as of now is because the lower ranked players feel they won't be able to find games on it which is far from the truth, look at my clan N3O, we have players ranging from level 11 to 40, over 150+ in total who all play patch, try patch out and i guarantee you will have the best and most balanced aoe3 games ever,and if still you feel like laming japan on pre-patch , it takes maybe 20 SECONDS to switch back p.s. dont pay attention chaseehat, his post here is rediculous

I have heard this many times in different games; "the community is dying" , but that's mostly bullshit. Secondly i don't really believe your low ranked players find games besides clangames with the patch.
