In my 3.5 years in agecomm and ESO, I NEVER heard a case of a completely innocent player being banned. People get banned not for just cheating.
I heard cases of people being banned because of giving their password to a friend, constantly spamming in a chatroom, making a chatroom or game containing political or religious material, personating a moderator, spamming in agecommunity, being racist, making offensive chatrooms/game names/home cities, trolling in chatrooms, etc... I am completely sure you did something stupid, not necessarily cheating, just stupid. Yes, I know, in the last year, Aloysius and Lethe were terrible moderators. But they NEVER ban completely innocent people. Only case would be if someone got your password and used your account, he got banned for account theft as all the other accounts he used. And Aloysius is not "hiding" from you, he is probably busy, I dont think he can ban people/visit agecomm/check e-mails 24-hours every day, its understandable to be mad, but be patient.

OK IF I have done something completely stupid 'what'? How is this 'what' consistent with the claim that I am accused of: oos/map hack? If I have simply done something 'completely stupid' then why is my account deactivated? After playing this game for as long as I have (see my membership start date and remember I was at zone.com before) I may have done 'something stupid'. Explain what it is and how it is consistent with what it is I am accused of.

How would you know if they are completely innocent or not. I have been a member since 2005 and I could have said the same thing as you did up until it affected me. That is why this is an issue that concerns everyone. I would also want to point out that my previous dealing with age3support were under different management structure. This is the first time that I have had to deal with the new entity.
