    Hello,

    I purchased AOE3 + War Chiefs a few days ago, and when I tried to create an online account to play multiplayer I got this error:

    "Account creation failed: (101)
    This CDkey cannot be used to create any furthers accounts"

    I called microsoft and they told me to post on this forum.

    How can this be solved?

    That's an email I found in a similar thread with the same problem. What's the correct email?

    You can send an email and wait for about a half year to get a response, if any. 



    G0D is a noob and probably french, so I hit him with a stick too.
