Re: UI mod, hotkey mod and ESO friendly bugfixes
In treaty there is usually a period of time where you are transitioning your wood vills to plantations and/or mills. The vills have to walk from one resource to another, effectively being idle from resources until they are on the next resource. Is there any way to change the missionary thing to these "walking/idle" vills? And if so would it mean that whenever your vills are walking around on plantations and mills (even tho it still says 10 are gathering they actually are not) count towards this number? tyvm. EDIT: Also what does the pink zero indicate (the one next to the amount of export gathered)? The gather rate of the export? And also would it be possible to add the gather rate of each resource next to them? ty.

I dont think that there is any way to set find command for those walking settlers. However I have hotkey that selects every idle settler(control-*space*). There is always counter for those idle villagers so changing that missionary think wouldn't make much difference. That pink number is in "culture specific area", so for asians it is number of shrines. For natives it is number of aztec priest and for europeans it is number of banks. Those can be changed to count nearly anything. (remains of Ekanta's mod) And I have no idea about how to see gather rates for each resource(it was possible in AOM, but in AoE3 it is different). You turn your question to someone more experienced with modding aoe3.

You have to put it to your age of empires 3 folder(that has those age3.exe, age3y.exe etc) And when you download those mods you have to unzip them and then open them. I have arranged them so copy files from "data" folder to "data" folder in age of empires 3 folder. Do the same thing for sound and art.

Jerom: Jerom:Bump. Just saw this thread. Question: Is it possible to have the transparent skin for this? I liked that quite a lot in ekanta TAD UI. If not, could you make that possible ?
Could u still do this (make a different version for it or sth). I'd really appreciate that.
Well it's weekend now, so I can give it a try. EDIT: Now I'm again stuck with the same problem as summer, when I remove UI textures and set them transparent it gives this annoying black overlay, it won't be coming any time soon :(

All you have to do to install is take the folder "art" and the folder "data" out of the .zip, and then copy them into your game's installation path.
For a retail or GWFL copy, it will be one of these -- the first for a 32- and the second for a 64-bit OS:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires III\
Or for a Steam copy, it will be one of these:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Empires III\ C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Empires III\
I'm not sure about Impulse installations.

aaw unfortunate, have you had a look at how the Ekanta TAD UI did it ? If you cant make it work, do you think it is possible to take your files that dictate the location of the production queue and replace the ones of the Ekanta TAD UI with those ?

I'm see the light at the end of tunnel. I have managed to get the UI transparent, I still need some more modifications for it (like transparent overlays, currently there are no overlays at all so it makes hard to see the numbers)
