    Visit www.agecommunity.com and use the ESO account tools to make account settings changes. You may need your PID to reset the password. The PID can be found in game. From the main menu select “Help and tools” followed by “About”. 

     

    The account tools at https://esoaccounts.agecommunity.com/ do not seem to be accessible. Is this being worked on?

    Yes, there's a cert issue right now that i've been trying to troubleshoot with our IT team for the last few days.  (The http is working, just not the https).  The site is still there, don't worry.
