    Having the ability to hide one towncenter is totally OP, however I would advise against that. What I would advise is getting to III age and sending the Siege train faster card and Fencing School, so you can start spamming out Petards and force him to turtle up, allowing you total map control. That is why Ports are so OP

    I believe I speak only for myself when I say that the Russians are the best defenders in the game. Does anyone believe in the "instant musketeer defense" anymore, or am I just being an idiot?

    no, it's far from OP in any way whatsoever. no eco, no military mass and the only up side is the far away prospect of one day having a strong eco. you won't get there. do not ff with ports.

    So I've been hearing my whole aoe3 life that the only viable way to play ports is to ff. Am I seriously misinformed or is gs joking?

    semi is superior. maybe in some situations ff is best but if i were you i would just memorize a strong semi and do that instead.
