Caçadores didn't get nerfed, they actually got boosted: Extra HP and faster Rate of Fire in exchange of Damage and 10% ranged resistance.
With the patch they'll be more resistant in combat, still have more ranged resistance and speed than Skirmishers, and deal less overkills.
A nice boost overall.

Question: Caçador boost and Dragoon Combat card change doesn't count?
hardly counts. it's their early game that needs a boost not their late game.
and the cassa "boost" isn't even a real boost, just a change. they shouldve just boosted their HP to 100, not touching their armor, attack, and ROF. now they're just closer to being a skirmisher.
Explain then why the portos are used across the board for aging speed records. If you play them well you can FF while the other guy is putting an army together, and canon pwn him.
My only other point would be that the forest prowlers need a nerfing.
Goodspeed plays ports a lot. He knows what he's talking about.

Well... the cassadores got more HP, that's good, isn't it??
Japs are now a more confortable rush-boom civ (thanks ES, I really appreciate this), btw don't mess with ashigarus, they are fine
Dutch got balanced, i'm agree with their changes.
ES, please, for the sake of what you love more than anything else in this earth, can you do something about Brits?? I mean, please, don't tell me that the age3 politian will give us 7 LB's instead 5 LB's and two pikes and then say that is an improvement. Come on, you can do it better than that!!

Maybe its good idea to give farms travois if u age up with Tribal Wise Woman
But some ideas here what about if u give same percent as it was 10% colonial 15%fortress 20%industrial 25%imperial but increasment is not from basepercent but from total value;
or
increasment is from basepercent but starting percents are bigger something like that 20% colonial 25% fortress 30% industrial 35% imperial
in this way beginning boost is good and Aztecs dont run out of gold in lategame too
Some other idea
what about if Sioux and Aztecs get some unitdance upgrade for dogsoldier and skullknigth because theese units training time is ok in beginning but in late game they will become very expencive in villager seconds maybe something like that training time is same but u get 2 units instead of one. or 3 units but training time is 1,5 times as it was

Hey all I anticipate I'm not an expert and I don't want to be flamed but I'm a Mono-Sioux player since twc came out, so I should have got a quite clear idea of what sioux are. I know that Sioux began lame with the last patches but this nerf, IMHO, makes Sioux lose their main features that made them interesting. I'm okay with wakina cost nerf, they were lame, I could be ok with dance nerf (even if it hurts a lot), but the only thing I really don't agree is the warchief nerf. We all know that sioux a warchief based civ and with this change cavalry will no longer be so fast as sioux needed to run away from other cavalry (I don't remember exact numbers but with some upgrades other civs cavalry should reach warchief speed). So if we consider globally the poor economy and the lack of walls, fortresses and cannons, I think that sioux could become UP or, worse, a non-interesting civ because of too few unique features. I think that if this patch comes out I'll not use Sioux any more, not because I want the OP civ to win (I could have used irocs or china when they were respectively in their OP period), but because I want to have fun with a civ I like, with some strengths and some vulnerabilites, not just a common-abilities civ

I agree with you goodspeed, but I don't think were gonna hear anything about bug fixes until right before the patch releases
