To set age via triggers, I'd recommend using Player: Set Age -- Ages 0-4 corresponds to Discovery - Imperial. Also, use Set Tech Status with it, enabling "Colonialize", "Fortressize", etc, with each age up. Finally, if you want the game to start in say, Fortress, do make sure you set to Colonial and Colonialize, and then set to Fortress and enable Fortressize -- don't skip any ages.

Essentially, you have to make sure the type of Natives are "enabled" before you can place a trade post on one of their sockets. You'll need to find the "Native American Manager" tool -- I think it's at the bottom of the 3rd or 4th dropdown menu. Then, enable the types of natives you want, and make sure you're placing the correct corresponding native socket.

Trade routes are somewhat similar but easier -- you cannot place a trade post on a TR socket unless it is near a trade route.

I've created a Scenario, is there somewhere I can download it to so people can play it?

 Is it a single player or multiplayer scenario?

If it is multiplayer you can go on to ESO and start a game. Select "Scenario" and choose the one you made from the list. Other people will then be able to join and will automatically download it when they join.

For single player or multiplayer you can upload it to the heaven games website: http://aoe3.heavengames.com/downloads/

You just have to put the scenario file (found in My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires III\Scenario) into a win-zip file. On heaven games people can download it whenever they want.
