    HI ITS NAPOLEON WHEN U PLAY AS FRENCH U HAVE A CARD WHICH ALOWS 13 FORT WAGONS BUT U HAVE TO ADVANCED VERY HIGH FIRST

    Thanks for bringing back the dead.....

    It's that outpost card that alouds 6 extra outposts bring it to a total of 13.

    Every civ has that card the french don't have 13 outposts they have 7 without the card but i dounno how that get's you 13 forts. 

    Without Me, What would you guys do?

    For revolution you can have unlimited forts because it says shipment of fort add +1 fort limit
    -Why not use the Dutch. They can have 10 banks.
