Information on 'ESO does not support your game version' error

1. Are you getting -2147467260 as the error code? If not, what is the value? Nope, I'm getting -2147467259 2. Is there a long delay before this error message pops up? If so, can you time it and let us know how long it is? Around 5-20 seconds, it varies. 3. Does this happen A) Consistently B) at certain times of the day C) randomly but frequently D) randomly, but seldom? It just started happening when I tried to log on this morning. 4. How long has it been happening for you? Just about 30 mins ago when I tried to log on. 5. Has it been happening in Age 3, the WarChiefs, or both? The WarChiefs. 6. Are you up to date with the latest patches? Yes 7. Try adding this line to your user.cfg file (in My Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\Startup: ESORequestResponseTimeout=300000 Then re-launch the game and try again. Did this allow you to connect? If not, did the delay before the error message pops up increase in length? No, No 8. What internet provider are you using, and in which country? Unwired broadband, Australia.

Just try putting in a new password but do it the way I posted as it resets your account. If it doesnt work im not sure what you can do except try and work out what your old password was, or wait for the patch that ES should hopefully bringing out soon to resolve this problem altogether.
