    It's got to be Haiti.  They are on the same island as the Dominican Republic but they produce no baseball players.

    GuitarHeroMatt is right! Why didn't the Australians colonise the Americas? Oh, and don't give that, "Because Australia is a colony of the British empire and was scarecly populated" arguement. Surely, the Australians could revolt with their powerful 200 man military.

     Well, powerful in Age of Empirse, anyways.
