The map hack and oos 'people' haven't been banned it's their accounts that have been 'deactivated.' The problem is that the europeans don't seem to be the same level of suport as north americans from MSFT

If your account was banned and you have no way of accessing ESO they you cannot know if these guys weren't banned unless you are friends with them and they told you. There are plenty of links you all can use to prove that you are innocent so if you are then go ahead and email your Product Keys and such. I'm not saying that your all lying but your going to have some legitimate proof that your telling the truth. If you really were wrongly banned, that sucks, but RE is trying its best to root out all the cheaters which I think is better than not banning them just so there are no accidents.
None of my posts have spaces in them because these forums delete my spacing after I post.

I do not want to see my nik 'killed'. It seems to me that if I was a hacker I would not be so upset at seeing my established nik deactivated. Please tell me how that is consistent with a hacker/cheater?

now how to you prove this?? we dont even know what we are banned for!!
they wont tell me!
and if re are doing there best they better reavaluate there way of doing this because most people they banned are innocent because i am and that means the system is flawed!!!!

I think people would be alot less angry if they received some sort of notification about when and why they were being banned...
Somehow I am in the same boat...Although anyone who used to play with me can tell you my connection was awful (regularly dropping out in unrated games lol)...And as far as I know...OOS and losing connection rarely go together?
If people are all claiming innocence (as I myself am) perhaps there is an innocent program which may be doing whatever it is that Robot are looking for when identifying OOSers without people knowing?
PS. Be nice Buzz, not everyone who has been banned is just some random noob lol
