I found spain as a great civ for noobies who usually play french. I almost lost to a private in my clan who always plays french because i underestimated his spain usage. He massed falcs dragoons and skirms with his 10 missionaries and walked through me in the first 10 min without losing a man. Then I nuked his ass.

iro boom is higher, but china eco is stronger imo.
