France and Russia not op in rush. in rush no one is going to instant spam gendrames unless the game goes half a year.

Acceptable Civs. Dutch, Brits, France, Spain, Ports, Germans, Sioux, Aztecs, Chinese

Non- Usable Iro, Otto, India, Japan

Pending Russia. what is your opinion about them guys? I think they should be allowed IMO

and you can change civs in lobby since you will be doing it on your own time. oncce i assign you ppl say for instantce that you scott are playing jayve98 i would say scott and jayve play each other before this date and post the elo results on here

i think russia can be allowed the ones you placed as non-usable is good hoever i think sioux are lame so should be added to non-usable list. i vote for great plains to be the official tourney map as it is the best for rush and very standard. deccan is yust lame as you can wall ur azz and go to industrial so id go with great plains. my name on eso is katsumotosangi

i dont think sioux is lame.

not gunna block sioux. it takes someone good to be good with sioux. unlike japan india iro otto.games will be played within a week of when we get 16 people. right now at 11. once we have 16 we will seed the games, and tell everyone who they have to play and have them play each other within three days of seeding. you will have to add your schedule opponent on ESO i don't care who hosts etc. I think great plains is good map. we'll talk about. @ 2000 what is your TAD ranking? you say 13 but online it says 17

Okk. Does nilla rank count because I am good on nilla. Also 20000 is my brothers acct I use because it has higher level civs, though he just told me i couldnt use his acct. So I will use Blistering_Fury it is PR13.

So, just being clear, the civs that aren't usable are

• India
• Iro
  
• Japan

Someone remarked about Sioux being lame, but lame isn't OP because you can actually stop Sioux if played correctly. On the other hand Iro/India just beat you regardless. It takes a good player to lame Sioux and Otto, but anyone can just BB or 10/10. Russia falls in he same bracket as mentioned before, although I suppose the jury is out on Opris. IMO if you're going to ban Russia then China has to go as well. Aztec I think should be disqualified as well

no iro. all you have to do to win with Iro is put all on food do fast age up ship 5 toma get 5 toma from big button at like 4 30 gg. we finalized the list. only civs dissalowed are otto iro india japs. if we listented to you ppl the only civs we'd have would be brits france ports spain germans and dutch. lol. so gandevous and unkown you guys in?

Edit. I just looked online grandevous you 2nd lt. this is for level 16 and under, but tbh if i just Iro lamed like it looks like you do i'd be 2nd lt too
