Sioux are as good as any other civ in game in my opinion. You dont need to spam horsies but instead make raids on there ecomy. Sioux can wrip through any walls if have ur fire pit full. Also by doing this your giveing your partners should be gaining ground. I have beat people 1v1 with no walls but most of the time euros will go for ur fire pit so u wont git much of a chance.  Dog soilgers with fire pit are the fastest and most deadly unit in the game. Once u get into a enemy base your opppent will be crying

well, what i usually do now is, around 15 dog soldiers from fp.  then around 17wakina17rifle riders.  then send 14 wakina shipment and do the dog soldier improvement in teh town center.  after that i end up with around 30 waina, 18 rifle riders, and 25 dog soldiers.  i use the wakina forward base building.   so treaty ends, i maek siege dance

i let my dogs chew up walls, meanwhile protect them with rifle riders+wakina, and build teepees + bases with wakina.  after dog soldiers are in, destroy enemy's 1st town center so you can build anywhere in his base.   continue attacking with rifle riders and wakin after ur dogs are killed and soon ur opponent will be dead.
