OP has no cavalry dude, he's a noob. 

How is he going to destroy an army of skirms with his Falconets?  All you have to do is fall back out of falconet range with your skirms and then use your culverins to take out the falcs as they move forward.

Or a better tactic would be sneak your culverins around to his flank, the only thing he can do is run his muskets over there, therefore breaking up his formation and putting his army into chaos, therefore making his muskets easy pickings.

In the case of a few cavs all you have to do is make some goons/cav archers.  For muskets all you have to do is make a couple of your own falconets or organ guns.  With the size of that army he has, he has no room for cavs, unless he deletes villies.

I guarantee that the musks will not make it through the goon/cassas meatshield and kill the organ guns.  Those musks are as good as dead.

So your counter to this is organ guns with massive meatshield. Why to use Goons and cassadors as meat shield then since they are not very good at deflecting hand attack. Probably will be better halbs or pikeman as meatshield.

halbs or pikemen are not as strong as goons and cassas.  Trust me, goon/cassa/organ is an extremely effective combo, especially when culvs are thrown in.

They are not as strong in hand melee as cassadors and Goons? I understand in range defense they are bad but they are made for hand melee and that's what you need to protect organ guns.

Each Rueyter is 1 pop and falconet is 4, so it's 80 + 50 = 130, you actually have 20 vacant slots with this.

I was always under the impression that a falc was 5 pop....

Stand Ground causes a unit to stay in one position without moving while attacking all enemy targets within range. This keeps them organized, I did not say stand there and let them fight. You should follow the cannons with your entire army and pick them off.

btw i rather keep them in box formation around the cannon.........and let me assure u only a noob will try to run though ur muskets.....but anybody who has half sense will flank them from the rear where you have no protection

too much cannon, too less cannon protection imo... kind of basic formation... horses will run right through it

I would only send 1 group of the infantry forward and leave the others a few steps behind with the cannon(s)...

they won't even get close with my artillery.  Or, if they do, they won't be there long.

There is one HUGE failure, its his pop, that army of his comes to a total of 120, which means only 80 sets outta 99 (i know thats still a lot for a good eco but if hes in a real game whats the chances that hes playin soemone wid 99 sets and a score that whoops his by 2000 points?), and if he took ur advice and got the extra cav, then his pop would b even worse, so as they say, go back to the drawing board...and its best if u dont come back unless its VERY good and EXTREMELY better than this

just let him get his butt kicked in a few rated games, let him figure it out the way the rest ofus did.
