lol igvt, your lawyer will laugh in your face when you consult him for an online game

also, with all the agreements microsoft did, they're immune to any kind of lawyer , this is their game so play with their rules

ip banning someone goes further than just to ban a single ip, i can get a new ip eevrytime i reset my router, but being ip banned is i think banning the whole mac adress of the router, so even if oyu get a new ip by your ISP your ip will still be blocekd by the company which ip banned you

How and why????? Ive never stolen an account it was created on this ip address and i have the product key and cd key if i give those 2 u do i get my account back?

 

if u are using a new ip and u bought the game again then they cant ban you, idk if u can make some legal proced.

 they are not letting you use the 100% of the producth u paid for, so if they dont give ur money back, then u should be able to establish a demand, consult ur loyar

Many players who have been using map hacks or Out of Sync tools may find themselves banned when they try to login now.

We are vigiliant about OOS / Map Hacking and will continue to be banning people who use them online.

So what about other accounts? Just because you get people banned for reason doesn't mean that all people you have lost access are cheats.

Do you ban people if they lose access to internet? Do you ban people if they have equipemnt failure? Does zero tolerence mean that if you lose conection for whatever reason you will be banned? What is the policy?

I guess they check if you were winning or loosing at the time of connection loss. They might even have a program to search for this. If you are loosing connection when you are loosing you might find people emailing RE to report you. It might be 3 strikes and you’re out rule I don’t know to be honest but if there are screen shots or if the game being recorded. It might be hard for them not to ban you.

I have seen lots of complaints in my clan and in forums of players cheating. RE looks to be taking a hard stance and banning them.

RE have been short on moderators after they took over from ES. Cheating might of got out of hand and now we are seeing a correction or even over correction.

I have lost connection when in a 3v3 when my side was winning if this ever happens. I whisper the players concerned and explain what happened. I have played again in a later match with these same people without a problem.

Game hackers mostly use programs that they obtain from cheater sites as few are capable of writing the necessary code themselves. There are a few well-known cheater sites for online gaming. If you visit them you will notice that they wage an ongoing war with moderation. You will also notice a bunch of people whining that they were banned for using the cheats available on those sites. Good riddance.

I've never seen anyone post here who was mistakenly banned that didn't get their account back after sending a letter of query to ES/RE. Usually these were people who came here with a quizzical attitude versus a self-righteous one. Banned players who immediately cop a self-righteous attitude and start threatening hacks, spams, and lawsuits are usually guilty of something.

Lol, I never cheat and I know how to change my IP, I do it all the time to get past the megavideo limit. -_-

They still ban, and we never told you they didn't. Don't be mad at us, you’re hacking, so you will be found out eventually.

I found the site after this post. I can’t believe how many people are posting in that forum. Aloysius RE I hope you find and ban them all.

same thing has happened to alot of us me included, thing is im the most honest player there is!

 its the moderator who has done this and he should be removed immediatly and all accounts reinstated asap

the reason that i read was for oos and map hacks but i only read this i have received no email reguarding reasons

this is stealing honest people's accounts and something must be done about this!!!
