IT AINT ABOUT 20 BUCKS I GOT PLENTY OF MONEY, ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF BEING ACCUSED AND BANNED FORM A GAME I LOVE WHEN IM TOTALLY INNOCENT
IF THEY WOULD'VE RETURNED MY EMAILS TO WHY HOW AND WHAT IM BANNED FOR ID BE OK!
BUT THEY DIDNT REPLY AND I WAS NICE AND DIPLOMATIC WHEN I SENT THEM
ALL I GOT IN REPLY WAS THEM DELETING MY POSTS SO IT WOULDN'T CATCH ON THAT THEY WERE BANNING INNOCENT PEOPLE AND THAT HAS INFURIATED ME AND IT WOULD ANYBODY THAT HAS ANY BALLS BETWEEN THERE LEGS

My conversation with "Wally" ended with an understanding that I am not cheating. We established that the account had activity on it that was according to your data contrary to the on-line gaming policy. This would fall under :
(v) use any third-party software to modify ESO to change game play, including, but not limited to cheats and/or hacks
I turn your attention to this excerpt from microsoft's policy:
(viii) harass, threaten, stalk, embarrass, or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort upon another user of ESO or other person or entity; cheat during game play or in other interactions with other users, including but not limited to modification of the game program files or modification of game play results utilized by ESO;
The fan patch is a modification of the game files. Yet you have hundreds of players using a modification of the game program files. So what say you? Selective enforcement of the gaming rules? And to add insult to injury you have banned an account that did not have the ability to hack!

I am not a cheater. Either the test they have used produces false
results or their analysis is incorrect. Either way innocent accounts
are being deactivated. That should be a concern to everyone including
robot.
I am getting new CDs from MS. If I am a cheater (which I
am NOT) it amounts to a short term ban. I have an established nickname;
with the new CDs I will return as a stranger. How is that helpful in
dealing with cheating? The few innocents that I have been in contact
with are satisfied with the CDs (but not all innocents). My own feeling
is that this is what robot feels is the best way out for them. Defuse
the situation and avoid dealing with the issue that innocent accounts
were deactivated.
The Ministry of the Interior is counting the votes! The CDs came from MS; robot offered nothing, not even an explanation until this week.

Lol, this man needs a vacation  and Aloysius too because he banned me for nothing. Just because i where in a room with the titel God is not Real, because of that i am banned right now till next friday. Aloysius i repeat pls answer me did you banned the rest too or just me?.
Btw we where there with more then 20 guys, ban the rest too or get me on. This is unfair !!!!
