This is correct, I don't go after innocent account sharing, because the original owner still controls the account.

You still have yet to answer my question: Where is your definitive proof of account theft?

You can say "our policies are this, etc, etc", but you refuse to tell me your proof of account theft on my part, despite the fact I have in fact authorised you to violate my privacy on this matter.

You say you don't go after "innocent account sharing", but yet I was banned a few days after Kerkumus's ban and you have yet to give me a single shred of evidence that I stole a single account.

Because I want him to admit it in the open, in front of everyone, so it's not something he can say I fabricated later.

By the way Aloysius, you can keep banning random IPs to avoid my question (some community manager you are) but you aren't going to knock me out of this. Until you answer me you will keep getting reminded that this is not resolved.

Avoiding the question by deleting/locking threads, banning IPs/accounts, you can try and try and try to end this in a way that makes you seem like the hero, but the problem is I can change my IP at will, you'll always be banning the wrong IP and you could ban every account and delete every thread but I'm not going to let you win this by ignoring it.

Answer me properly, show your evidence and end it.

Have you read my posts fully? Did you see how many times I requested to be unbanned (zero, if you were too lazy to read my posts)?

I'm not asking to be unbanned, I'm asking for the evidence upon which you banned me in the first place. That's what I've been demanding from you and will continue to demand from you until you provide it, you can say "It's resolved on my end", but you know this is false.

I'm not the one holding the "evidence" being requested, you are, and you are not disclosing this information, despite the fact I have authorised you to violate my privacy and disclose this information, the only one who could legally have recourse at you for any information you'd disclose pertaining to my ban is me.

Even if you're not in a position to name names, you should be able to definitively prove I signed onto an account (you could change it's name to XYZ for all it matters),  with the time, date and IP address, prove that the password was changed by that IP address (I cannot wholeheartedly believe your company does not log when a password is changed, even if they only store the password hash) and present this proof.

Your continued refusal to do anything pertaining to this matter, despite me giving you my authorisation is infuriating. Keep predatorfreak and the_hand_of_god banned, but give me your evidence instead of accusing me of stuff without a shred of evidence.

All right, if you really want it.  Here are all of the accounts you have logged in to by cd-key.  The cd-key is the 7 digit number.  These are the cd-keys your account has logged in to, and the other accounts they have used.  Many, many of these have been reported stolen.

and it may be resolved for you, but what about the rest of us. just counting the few hours my poll has been open 23 people have rated RE's handling of the situation below 5. thats 23 times as many you. ergo i dont see how this is resolved.

Wait , are you the one who was banned or kekamus(whatever his name was) ? If you brought several accounts why did you need to steal or borrow someone elses?

And aloysius dosen't have his own band of merry men to vote for him...he's one man against the whole town , rambo style . But still he's just following his code: you log into someone elses account, it's reported stolen , you get the banhammer.
