uh no . there would be twice more peps if all civ were balance infact peps left this game becues of op civs . for example if civ were balnce civs like japan french n rusai would be totaly playable every game

yea it would be completely the opposite, at least at higher levels. a huge amount of experts and good players left around the period where china and japan was op

As already said, pretty much all the experts have left now because of the balance. During the week after RE patch came out so many people left because the FP was incompatible for about a week. If there was good balance then there would be more tournaments= more activity.
