I find it amusing that it is all the noobs who are complaining about RE and how "dumb"they are, and the more experienced posters are actually siding with RE's decision regardless of differences.

imo RE is doing a terrible, terrible job.

I wouldnt be so quick to judge Robot either. Lets not forget it was just under a month ago when we had two posters claiming unfair bans. It later transpired after begging for proof that Aloysius posted the evidence and it was revealed that there was infact good cause for the bans.

Can you point in the direction of the post where the evidence was provided. I ma curious what "evidence" they used.....

and this thread is not about cheating, it's about people getting banned while they didn't cheat.

yes but the original poster did cheat. he admits it and still doesnt get why hes banned. idiot...

but dont think this means i agree with RE's banning policy. I (and alot of others judging by my poll, which you should all go vote in) think that RE needs to look farther into a stituation before banning. its supposed to be "zero tolerance" not "zero investigating". case in point  - the kerkumus issue, which i hope we wont get into again

anyway, point is "CeNsOrEd" deserves to be banned because he broke the rules. not just a little rule like map hacking. annoying as that is, stealing an account is effectively stealing the money someone paid for that account.

i agree with you on people that are guilty of this, but there are alot of completely innocent people been banned for no reason,they wont even reply to our emails and that shows they know they have done the wrong thing!

we wouldnt be complaining with so much passion if we were guilty

Unfortunately Warforce likes to SHOUT and he expects people to listen. That said he may have been banned/deactivated but is innocent. It is a fool, when accused of an offence, is his own lawyer?

My account also has been deactivated. I don't know why. I know I have never cheated. I have tried to be respectful and understand that robot is trying to do the right thing.  Robot has been no more forthcoming with this approach.

I have never been asked if I share my account but I can answer it now: No, Never. I have never shared my account with anyone else.

The real issue here, and it should concern everyone online is: robot is banning/deactivating innocent accounts. Their 'anti oos/map hack' software is not working. That should concern everyone especially the people who play for the love of the game.

The other point is that there is no policy to address any mistakes robot makes. (Yes robot you do make mistakes.) If you are falsely accused what is the process that you can follow to see that the matter is addressed?

I have a friend who gets an oos or lost internet connection about every 4 games and he is not and i doubt will be banned. Why? because he does not cheat...

One reason may be is because he loses connections sometimes when he is just about to win the game(actaully the only time i lost a connection is when i was just about to win, just chasing down invisible units all over the map and then i lost my connection...)

So i know some people might have lost their ESO rights but might not have cheated. But with the many numbers that are complaining i highly, very highly doubt that most of these complaints have any sort of legitness to them. xD

Common there are many cheaters and people report them and they get banned but there is those people that just always happen to lose their connection just when they are about to lose legitimately......cough cough.

the god's honest truth is that many innocent have been banned i swear on my mothers grave that im telling the truth
