    Subject: ES Tech Chat Rules
    1) Read the FAQ’s first. They both have important information that will help you. Many of the issue that we are can be fixed if they take time to go through the FAQ. Links to: Main Tech FAQand the Patch 1.02 FAQ

    2) Be specific and provide as much information as possible when asking for help.

    3) When reporting a bug be sure to send it in to Age3.bugs@ensemblestudios.com

    4) DO NOT TYPE IN ALL CAPS. It makes us delete your threads. The same goes for threads that have no punctuation or are typed in l33t. Please take time to message write legibly and we will take time to help you out.

    5) No Trolling. If you troll, flame, make racist comments, curse, or basically have an overly hostile nature we may delete your post or ban you. Our moderators are sensitive people. Please don’t make them angry.

    6) Don’t spam or constantly bump posts. We will try and help you as much as possible however we can’t be everywhere at once.

    7) Do not title your post ES PLEASE READ, ES READ ME. We will get to your request as soon as we can.

    8) Do not ask for name changes, more accounts, or lost account information. Send an e-mail to age3.help@ensemblestudios.com

    9) Note all posts should also adhear to the Code of Conduct.
