the best civ to rush with is definatly the the ottoman.
i can tell you an basic jannisarie rush.
at the start put 5 setlers on food and 1 to gather the crates make 3 houses or 4. since this is an basic rush so you dont need trade posts. send the 3 villager card and put m on coin
when you age at 6:30+- get to villagers to half of the map to build a barrack and a stable. send the 700 voin card now spam some jannies and you have a rush aim youre jannies on houses an barracks and run away from x bows get atleast 5 hussars kill the xbows and aim with the jannies at pike man take down the towncenter and you got urself a rush that isnt that hard.
after you have masterd this strategy you can adapt it and form it to other strategys for other situations.

french double rax xbow/pike spam.
age up fast as usual, first card 3 cdbs. age with 400 wood, then put 6/7 on wood, rest food. queue a vil, then send a cdb forward. build 2 rax, spam xbows and or pikes, harrass, then once you got enough pikes to effectively siege, go for it. short sharp attacks r key, dont lose too many troops, do some damage, retreat, renumber, return.
dont take anything i say seriously. always try unrated first. any loss of skill points, power rating or elo rating is not my fault ;)

almost everybody rushes in this version now...
the best should be ottoman (they got nerfed, they were the best of all), russian and aztecs
then there comes iroquois, chinese, japanese, and sioux

ive tried otto rushing it doesnt work... but the french do work out for me.. just alot of the time im versing like japs or india
and i get rushed ASAP
during the french do i make a forward base or make men at my base?

build forward. consider an outpost instead of 2 rax.
vil distrib during age up should be (food/wood) 8/6 when aging with 400 wood.
