Is this a custom map that you made by scripting?.Or a Custom scenario that you created in the in-game scenario editor?.
I'm going to go out on a limb and assume it is a custom scenario that you created in the scenario editor..You need to have a towncenter..Not an IGC towncenter..They look simular but are different once you begin to playtest..You cannot age up with the IGC towncenter.. You'll find the towncenter under the Objects tab at the top of your scenerio editor..Click on place objects / buildings and scroll to the end of the buildings category..You'll see the towncenter..That's the one you need to have on your map in order to age up..
You'll need to do a few other things as well to get your scenario to progress..All this info is already illustrated in the User maps,Scenarios and mods category..At the top of the category you'll find two pinned scenario design threads..Check out page1 of the nine most asked questions concerning designing thread..You should be able to find answers to most of your questions..If not..Feel free to post your future questions in either of the two pinned threads..We'll do our best to help..I look foreward to helping you if I can and welcome to scenerio design!
