    Subject: ESO Account

    Whenever i try to play AOE 3 or Warchiefs online i go to make an account and it says this cd key can not be used 2 make any further accounts

    i brought this game a long time ago and made an account but i didnt have a computer for a very long while and i dont remeber the username which is all i need because i know the password will be the same as all my other passwords

    however when i use the eso account maanagement tool on this website it says no account was linked wth that product id.

    A user was not found associated with that Product ID.

    I know there is an account with my user key and i can't seem to find it 

    any help?

    yes thats the one i used and it says that it cant find an account under my product key

    but i know there is one because its not letting me create an account

    Use this email address, make sure to include a pic of your product key and ID, and not your username like aloysius said, because that was you are trying to find Stick out tongue

    ok another problem i found my username but i dont remeber the password and when i answer my secret question its sent to the email but idk what email my accoutn is tied to

    any help there?

    Just send robot your product ID which verifies its yours, they should be able to help you out. Lethe did it for me back in the day Smile

    i even sent them pictures of my box and computer screen cerifying but they take forever to repsond. and i told them the answer ot my secret qestion

    i just want the password so i can edit my account info.

    When you started this thread, you said that you knew the password to your ESO account and that you didn't know the username.  (Forgot works better)  Now, you don't know neither.  Correct me if I'm wrong. 

    This might be useless having all these situations.  But, I along with the rest of the loyal AgeCommunity Posters will try our best to fix this.

    that sucks. do you have any backup email addresses connecting to your emails that you remember? if not then email the aoe creators and call them try to speak to an employee they should be able to do something. you can probably find the phone number online somewhere or maybe in the book im gonna look now.
