    Hello there, I posted this question already on the technical and game support forum. Now another try here...

    tried now for two days to create a new ESO account. The result is alwayws an error message with the following content:

    Your CD key can currently not be verified. Please wait a couple of minutes and try again.

    I tried a lot of times the last two days and the result won't change. Is there something wrong with the ESO servers or is there any problem client side?

    I already read those support tips but
    - the game is installed only on one machine and I only tried to create one account
    - I waited several times 5 minutes the last two days...

    Might somebody else be using my account - how can I check this?
    No - the copy is not second hand - I bought the game in a department store and it was still wrapped in transparent foil (untouched).

    try uninstalling the game , then reinstall . make sure u have a good net connection and that ur comp can handle online . if this fails call a comp fixing man .

    Just tried another 2 times a moment before and it worked. I could log in to my account and everything was fine...

    But I didnt change anything.... I hope it won't take 3 days each time I want to play online ...

    I think it is because you already have an account with that key, so you can't create another one.

    I think it is because you already have an account with that key, so you can't create another one.
    Incorrect. In AoM you are free to make multiple a/cs using the same CD key. This issue was only addressed recently (with the release of age3).

    It sounds to me like your CD key is already in use by someone else. Could be that you bought a pre-owned copy the game. I'd say its more likely you bought a Ubisoft release (where you can't play online - too lazy to give different keys to every customer, meaning you can't play online)Here it goes into more depth.

    I heard that ES allow you to purchase CD keys for age 3, because of the new 1 a/c system. While I'm not sure they offer the same support for AoM, you could always try . . .

    i went on account management and went on forgot user name typed everything it asked for and it said there is no username for that product id
