OK, so you have a 3v3, assume that everybody fights in the middle of the map first off, 

What 3v3 starting army do you think would be most sucsefull? 

Not including a spam of 3 french gendarmes and other OP spams.

 Take into account milt over-pop, team bonus cards and the ability to build forward bases.

I think An Aztec fully over popped army, with you skull army and WC  Then a port army consisting of goon's skirms, organ guns and the church cards and finally a sioux RR/AR combo with Wakania for a fwd base would be pretty effective... Or spanish instead of ports...

I'm going to deviate a bit from the thread topic and think of 3 civs that have awesome team cards for each other.

Spain, Germany, and the Dutch.

Best hand infantry ever :).  OP dopps, halbs, pikes, rods, and the german cav boost is good for lancers too.  I like to try and find the best military team card combinations. 

French, British, and Portuguese is a good combo for the complementary team cards if you like playing with ranged infantry and cannon.

That's the combo me and a couple of my friends use.  I'm ports, and they switch off between french and british.  Super musks, super skirms, super cannon, jinetes (already super), and gendarmes (also already super).  That covers pretty much everything.  I simply like trying out the Dutch Spain German combo because it's not very often that you get hand infantry that good.  Trying to make one kind of super unit with team cards is fun :).

Chineese and India have team all unit attck cards... although only like 5% that's a pretty handy boost....

The problem with the dog box is its only used to killing buildings so in this situation (imagine it a simple battle)   Axe riders are so much better at killing stuff. 

What about ottos, iraquies and china.... using only heavy cannons, light cannons and FF/HM mix.... art pwnage lol. 

dutch for sure cause their starting army is huge, and aztec for the same reason, but if you made max spahis and then canons with ottos they would own all infantry and buildings.

so i would say aztec dutch otto or aztec dutch dutch or aztec aztec dutch

that isnt the starting army...

russian units are below average, its the fact you can spam them to hell and that they are cheep.

On a side note, are british rockets any good? - like worth the fact you can't build them and have to use a shipment/factory to get them good?
