    so you are saying you skip your work/school and go hang out with friends? playing games is his job dude. most people work 8 hours a day and he plays 8 hours a day. he has as much free time to hang out as anyone.

    well said extacy u hit the nail on teh head, my question is does grunt play other games aswell or is he just devoted to aoe and can he earn enough from just this game alone?

    Topped with the fact that most of the top players have been playing RTS for quite sometime so they know the general rules on how to win pretty well.  Then they come and learn the different nuances of each game and adapt, and then boom...top 10.  It isn't about them (or grunt) playing 24-7 or obssessively, its moreso about them choosing RTS as they prefered type of game play from long ago.  I chose FPS a while back, and as a result, my current RTS skills are pretty shoddy.

     

    No reason to be going around taking pot-shots at them just because they are good.  Good player=/loser or obssessed players.  It just means good player.

    Girls play too! G-Damn it...

    so put the firepit behind the tc....or alt-f4 eject disk and throw it out the window so there is one less great house lamer in the world. - [-TN-]Sand[m]an

    The reason he is so good is because video gaming is a very popular sport in South Korea.  Where here in Canada, or the US your told your a retard if you tell someone "I'm gonna be a pro gamer!"  Just look at the Starcraft league in South Korea and you'll see what I mean.  Players like Boxer make huge amounts of money and have millions of adoring fans.

    the reasons hes so good is because unlinke half of you he doesnt panic in rough situations, has an amazing micro and macro, uses hotkeys like mad, and overwhelms opponents with strategy and efficiency.  IF you guys want to get somewhat near his level jsut watc recordings at agesanctuary.com.
