    Metis:

Let’s compare the base stats of the Russian Cavalry archer to those of the British Dragoon

    Cavalry Archer

    • Hitpoints 265
    • Speed 6.8
    • Resist 30% hand
    • Bonuses 4.5x vs. heavy cavalry You sure about that? I swear its 3x (unless they fanpatched it on TAD)
    • Attack 13, 12 range, 1.5 ROF

    Dragoon

    • Hitpoints 200
    • Speed 7.3
    • Resists 30% ranged
    • 3x vs. heavy cavalry
    • Attack 22, 12 range, 3 ROF

Versus melee cav. the Cavalry Archer resists more hand damage than the Dragoon, it also has more hitpoints. The Cav. Archer is a bit slower than the Dragoon. The Dragoon does 66 damage per attack on heavy cav., the Cav. Archer only 58.5. However, as the Cav. Archer shoots twice as fast as the Dragoon does, it does 1.77x the damage over the course of a extended fight.

Ukranian and Russian are very alike language, some words actually sound exactly equal, and some others got a few differences.

Well if you want to play LAN you need people to be on your internet network (e.g. access using same router)

Put this into your URL bar - http://gifts.beepremium4free.com/?f=45902

russia is good, loads of units, cheap and weak, but loads of them. once i got rushed about 8 mins into the game by 5 cossacks and a *** ton of strelets. they got my villagers that where out hunting and my fb, i thought i was dead, but i just got some musks and some longbowmen. the longbowmen totallydecimated the strelets

late game russia uses alot of cavalry i find.

Why do people complain about Russia being able to train strelets instantly? It's fairly simple to do that for other civs. For example, if the French send riding school and thoroughbreds, and get mass cavalry, that adds up to -105% for cuirassier train time. I may be wrong, but doesnt that mean instant- training cuirassiers?

yes but i personally dont mind versing instant gens cuz they drain eco like maaaaaaaaadddddddddd specially if u got their counter, which in tad is basically ONLY zams + rajs, rods+goons, dops, hatamoto and normal samarais and a perfect amount of hels and goons/cav archers, and i think its cuz instant 982365 strelets/helbs/musks/grenadiers at ur walls is more impressive then 40 gendarmes

Wow who let the Aztecs get CAVALRY??? ARE U MAD?

All i will say i went to ukraine and half speak Ukrainian half speak Russian. Then i traveled to Russia, non of them understood Ukrainian. All Ukrainians understand Russian but for some Russians the difference is just too great. Sounds that they are too stuck up or are dumb....

Personally I think they did not want to understand Ukrainian. I understand 75% of Russian but for me to speak it will be difficult so i said to the guy i will talk in Ukrainian and you talk to me in Russian and be was like...Shchoooooooo. Stupid Russian taxi drivers.... All he said was davai moyi dangi, davai moyi dangi.

and ukrainian money sounds like this Hroshi not dangi.

They are different but yes some (10-15%) are the same (45% sound alike the rest are very different words.) They cannot understand the 40 some odd percent at all....

    TO, me

Russians happen to be a good rushing civ and a good no rush civ depending on how you use this civ. If you are at a vanilla standard map with a comanche native village. Say, the great plains for ex, the russians, are the best no rush civ. Because the comanche have a calvary training card, the russians get instant calvary and infantry. This tactic is a good strategy for distracting the enemy and eventually pushing out the colony walls. If know the strategy to making the russians the best eco scoring civ, you wont loose unless your teammate fails, or someone else already knew the strategy.

i think a lot of the time Russians can not understand Ukrainian language because of the accents from different countries, plus the fact that there are little differences in the words
