So I have been trying to play this game for the past week. I have been troubleshooting and cant find any solutions. At first I couldnt even get the game to download my profile so I went and downloaded a free game Tinker. Now whenever i open Age of empires it recognizes my proflie and says that i signed in but (offline). Then it displays a please wait with the circular loading animation but never does anything. It will sit there and say please wait for four hours until i get mad and close it out. Any help to this problem would be greatly appreciated.
