Age 1: 4 vill coin rest wood/food, build two banks asap (take vills off coin) then go for market and house with hunting dogs/gang saw. Go for 5 banks and 25-26 vills, food trickle will help here. Age 2 with 400 wood, and put up your 6th bank while in transition.
Age two, hit fast age 3 asap and research log flume, put up a church and send chuch card.
Age three: right after log flume go for circular saw, and then steel traps in market. Put up two TC's, research the extra banks in the church and then put up the other two banks. After that upgrade 10% coin and 20% coin in market. Here you will put 10-15 on coin and research merchantilism (1500 xp) in your church. Wait until you have 3 and 1/2 vills in two TC's. Then age up with 4 vill 5 ruyter.
Once you hit age 4 you will have 54 vills. Send two factories, and tupi speculation. Its possible to instantly go into age 5 if you've done everything right. Once in age 5 research in the capitol, 50% coin first, and make the two banks. 50% Wood next, then food. Rest is easy, just put 54 vills on wood and make 5-6 mills and plantations to get the rest of the food cards out, then put 40 vills on food, rest on wood. By 2 mins before treaty is over put most vills on plantations, leaving 16-18 vills on mills. Dutch doesn't need very much wood so you don't need many on wood for long, also dont need wood trade with them.
Card order: Food trickle and/or wood card, wood card (optional with food trickle), both age 1 bank cards, church card, 20% food, factory, factory, tupi speculation, age 2 mill card, age 1 mill card, advanced arsenal, fast inf. Then after 40 you will send fast cav, then coin cards. Followed by the rest of the unit upgrades.
