which asian civ is the most self suffcient? japs need cows and sheep for shrines and have low low resources so i dont want them. chinese are good? i dont like banner armies but i guess its just kinda like russaisn so i guess thats fine. what about india? are all these civs considered op? strats?

which native civ is the best? aztec have only infantry and it confuses me as to what is waht. arrow knights are arty/culv? jaguars knights are like muskets and puma spears are like well spears. whats their light infantry? macheultamin? that blows becasue they cost wood nd bad like strets. and whats the eagle knight exactly? is it just a better coyote runner? any strats, uses guide or tips? oh and cant cannons and skirms just wreck everything they have becasue i beat a few aztec that way in tr?are they more for rush? boom help?

my best asian civ is china and best native is iroquois

For asian civs, the Japanese need a livestock ally to maximize their shrine boom, the Indians have weak artillery vs infantry, and the Chinese have weak anticav. Overall though, I'd say that Japan holds up most in treaty because of their OP military.

Aztec units are a bit odd. Arrow knights are siege infantry. They have a hidden resistance to most artillery and bonus damage vs. artillery and buildings. Eagle runner knights are a one of a kind unit, the only ranged light infantry in the game. (In TWC and TAD, light infantry units are the fast, cavalry-like infantry) They behave like dragoons, doing extra damage against cavalry and other light infantry. They also have a hidden vulnerability to archers, skirmishers, and similar units like abus guns.

also iro beat aztech

id say that each lciv at top level play best would be iro but theyre so incredibly difficult to use so at ur level just dont play with any of the native civs cuz they wont be able to use iro or sioux worth anything since sioux isnt easy to use either. But india theoreticaly is good but most times they just suck cuz siege eles die easy to culvs and then they can have any art they want, mahouts cost wood, and they dont get cannons. but their eco is good. its tough to say between japs and china. china dies hard to french and spain, but other than that they just dont drain. japs dont "require" sheep but it helps a lot. i think metis has gotten 1900 without any live3stock on shrines, but ofc it was offline so it would probably be like 1800 online. overall id p[rob ably say china though, due to the fact that if japs lose their wonders they arecompletely screwed and they have a weakness to campers with culvs and art. imo ports own japs since they have great culvs great art and longer range goons to kill daimyo. and depending on base layouts if theyre at japs outer wall they can shoot the shogunate with morts

Japan beats China.

I don't know about asian civs but Iro is without question the best native civ overall.

Sioux is beyond awesome in some ways(teepees, dog box, mounted explorer) which can make them pretty damn op in team games, but then again their awesome abilities are equaled in significant weaknesses(worst eco, no artillery, no walls). 

Aztecs are probably the worst civ in nr40(maybe they beat ottos?).

Aztecs beat Ottomans, but that's it. Ottomans are probably a better overall civ. Example: Ottomans would stand up against Germans better than Aztecs, but they still lose it. Ottomans are considered the civ that loses every MU, they aren't awful though.

There is also India vs Ottomans, which favours Ottomans in the natives, and would probably be quite even outside. (lols sorry, font changed)

so eagle knights are like cav? i dont get it. what aztec unit kills skirms because as far as i can see none do except coyote runner which sucks because it costs wood.  aztec have like all anti cav units and nothing else. arrow knights should at least get area if effect oir soemthing. seems like aztec need more to me. chinese are pretty god in nr 40 and i faced like one iriquois and he sucked dick. maybe he used them wrong. suoix having no wallls seems auto lose to me. indian sepoys build *** which makes them really really annoying if they get closemto you or sneka a few around. they are worse than russian forts i think because at least russaisn only get three forts, sepoys just keep going and goin and going o.o
